Our Creative team builds the digital assets and experiences that support these marketing efforts to help our clients solve audience pain points.

You, the Digital Designer of our dreams, will bring your passion for design rooted in data, strategy, and problem solving to a quickly-evolving organization. You invite challenges, have a passion for creating engaging interactive experiences, know how to balance quality with a lean approach when needed, and are excited by the opportunity to influence the process and be on the ground floor of our creative department.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing a range of solutions, including interactive tools, calculators, microsites, landing pages, display ads, eBooks, social ads, and more.
  • Contributing to the overarching creative strategy behind these deliverables by leveraging various types of research and business acumen. Your designs should not only beautiful, but should also always tie back to business goals and audience pain points.
  • QA testing interactive designs and collaborating with teams from development, SEO, Analytics, and content to ensure the final product meets Seer standards.
  • Interfacing with a diverse set of clients, agency partners, and internal team members.
  • Partnering with Search, Content, and BD teams to influence how creative work integrates into projects with our other service lines.
  • Showcasing the Creative team’s work to internal teams and clients to ‘spread the good word’ for how design can bring data to life.
  • Fostering collaboration and inspiring innovation among teams

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 5+ years experience in client-facing design work
  • Exceptional visual design skills; sensitivity to color, typography, space, and composition
  • UX design, including the ability to conduct user research, create user flows and other UX deliverables
  • UI design and the creation of style guides, UI kits, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to professionally interface with clients and internal stakeholders to explain your process and ideas
  • Proven ability to use data to inform design decisions
  • Experience using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch
  • Experience creating redlines, style guides, and other web-ready deliverables
  • Experience collaborating with developers and a strong understanding of modern web development practices, techniques, and restraints
  • High level of organization and sharp attention to detail
  • You’re a holistic and critical thinker with solid time management skills

Bonus Points:

  • Copywriting skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Enough knowledge about SEO, Paid Search, Analytics, and CRO to be dangerous
  • Experience writing articles and speaking to the importance of design in business and marketing strategy
  • Shared love of G Suite products for collaboration
  • Philanthropic efforts, desire to give back to the community
